Job summary

Nuvama Wealth And Investment in Kolkata is seeking an IT support professional to ensure smooth end-user IT infrastructure. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, and Outlook; handle hardware, software, and network issues; and provide user-level support for Windows and applications.

With 2–4 years of experience, you should know trading and business applications, ticketing tools, and help desk procedures, and you must communicate in English and Hindi.

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of email clients such as Microsoft O365 and Outlook.
• Managing and resolving user hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Providing user-level support for Microsoft Windows and applications.
• Installation and configuration of Windows 11.
• Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information, and acting as a point of contact between project teams and other stakeholders.
• Resolving hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Configuring local and network printers.
• Coordinating with manufacturers/providers to resolve hardware and software technical issues.
• Internet and LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Software troubleshooting, updates, and patch installation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 02 to 04 years of work experience.
• Good knowledge of trading and business applications, along with IT infrastructure support.

• Knowledge of English and Hindi languages.
