Job summary

Alankit is seeking an IT support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues impacting card printing systems. You will work with internal teams to ensure proper functionality of card management software and databases, and provide end-user support for system usage and printing errors.

You will maintain logs and documentation for recurring issues, troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity, install operating systems and updates, manage IT asset records, monitor
