Job summary

MedPlus is seeking a Printer Technician to install, configure, and maintain printers across branches and diagnostic centers in Telangana.

You will diagnose hardware and connectivity issues, perform component repairs, and troubleshoot Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, and Network printers with on-site support.

Travel to different locations as required, coordinate with vendors for major repairs, and maintain records of service activities to ensure printers stay available.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining printers across multiple locations.
• Ability to diagnose printer hardware and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with repair and replacement of printer components such as drums, rollers, fusers, sensors, and cartridges.

• Handle LAN, USB, IP configuration, and printer connectivity issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize printer downtime.
• Attend and resolve printer-related service tickets within the defined turnaround time.
• Provide on-site technical support to branches and diagnostic centers.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs and technical issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, breakdowns, spare parts, and service activities.
• Ensure proper functioning and availability of printers at all assigned locations.
• Travel to different locations as required for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
