Job summary

Illusion Dental Laboratory in Boisar, Maharashtra, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain hardware, networks, and desktop support for our manufacturing facility. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows OS and peripherals.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, printers, CCTV and biometric systems, ensure data backups and system security, and coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and upgrades. A B.Sc IT / BCA / CS diploma and 1–4 years of hands-on work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and printer support.
• Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls).
• Experience with CCTV and system maintenance preferred.
