Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide L1/L2 assistance for hardware, software, network, and retail applications across store locations. You will configure POS systems, manage desktops and printers, and handle ticketing-based requests while ensuring security and system health.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows Server knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication to support both corporate and retail teams.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
