Job summary

5bestincity in Kolkata is seeking a graduate/diploma holder in IT with 1–3 years of desktop support and networking experience to install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and OS issues.

You will handle LAN/WAN configurations, router/switch/firewall setup, IP configuration and network troubleshooting, while also managing AMC, user tickets, backups and basic server tasks. CCNA or hardware-networking certification is preferred.

Qualifications
