Job summary

HNB It Solutions is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales professional in Delhi to handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls and messages. You will pitch software products, explain features, resolve queries, and convert leads into sales.

The ideal candidate has proven Software or Application Sales experience, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to explain IT concepts clearly. This is an office-based role with no field visits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Software or Application Sales is mandatory.
• Candidates with only Hardware Sales experience will NOT be considered.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to explain tech solutions.

Role & responsibilities

This is a 100% inside sales role where you will handle all inbound and outbound client inquiries strictly via calls and messages (WhatsApp/Email). Your main goal is to pitch our software products and applications, explain features, solve queries over the phone, and convert potential leads into closed sales.

• Connect with leads over calls and chat messages to understand their requirements.
• Demonstrate software and application features clearly to guide client decisions.
• Handle customer objections, answer technical queries, and close deals efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for self-motivated candidates with past experience in selling software, SaaS, or digital applications. You should have strong phone etiquette and basic knowledge of IT terms to explain tech solutions smoothly.

• Experience: Prior experience in Software or Application Sales is mandatory.
• Strict Exclusions: Field sales candidates and professionals with only Hardware Sales background (Laptops, Servers, Printers, etc.) will NOT be considered.
