Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell IT services and solutions.
• Generate new leads through email marketing campaigns and follow‑ups.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, calls, and email interactions.
• Craft compelling email messages tailored to various industries and client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and strategy.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and leads converted.
• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or email marketing (preferably in IT).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
