Job summary

Aerial Telecom Solutions (ATS) is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment professional in Mohali, Punjab, to manage end-to-end C2H and permanent recruitment for IT profiles. You will source talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and internal databases, screen for technical fit, negotiate terms, and coordinate interview processes with clients and hiring managers.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with payroll models, and knowledge of contract compliance to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in IT contract-to-hire (C2H) or permanent recruitment.
• Strong familiarity with IT tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce).
• Hands-on experience with Boolean searches and sourcing via job boards.
• Good understanding of payroll models, margins, and contractor compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete C2H recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Sourcing Talent: Use professional networks, internal databases, and portals to find suitable IT profiles.
• Screening & Evaluation: Assess technical competence, communication skills, and contract/pay-rate alignment and availability.
• Interview Coordination: Line up technical rounds, manage feedback loops between clients/hiring managers and candidates.
• Negotiation & Closure: Handle pay rate/salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and contract terms.
• Compliance & Tracking: Maintain daily MIS reports, update ATS, and ensure smooth documentation for contract conversion terms.
