BSL Placement Services in India seeks an IT Recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for Fortune 500 clients. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close candidates for assigned requisitions.

Responsibilities include sourcing from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, posting jobs, and developing strategy to map targets. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication.
• Minimum 6 months IT recruitment experience.
• Any graduation.
• Team player with good time management.
• Aptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
• Must have handled the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Hands-on experience on various job portals.

Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from Fortune 500 companies
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),
• Making job postings on the Job Portal
• Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
