The position offers a 9:00 am to 6:00 pm schedule with 6 working days and alternate Saturdays off after 3 months, and a fixed salary with incentives. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT recruitment experience preferred (6 months+).
• Experience handling full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Ability to source from job portals and post job ads.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT recruitment end-to-end for assigned requisitions.

• Post job openings on portals and company channels.
• Develop strategies by understanding client requirements and mapping targets.
• Validate resumes for experience and status.

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from Fortune 500 companies
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),
• Making job postings on the Job Portal
• Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
