Job summary

The Judge Group invites an experienced recruiter to join our staffing team in India. You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, handling direct client requirements and delivering qualified candidates for US clients on W2 or C2C engagements.

Ideal candidates have 2-6 years of US recruitment background, excellent communication, proactive mindset, and strong IT terminology understanding. We offer competitive base salary with uncapped bonus, robust training, cab facility, and Mediclaim.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with US clients.
• Exposure to direct client staffing
• Proficient with W2, C2C and 1099 tax terms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and IT terminologies

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing services to customers for recruiting needs.
• Exercise sound judgment in selecting candidates for customers.
• Manage recruitment processes and timelines to ensure delivery against client requirements 2-6 years of experience window.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum Experience-2-6Yrs.
• Any Graduation Required
• Ability to manage the volume reqs.
• Responsible for providing staffing services to customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
• Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.

Desired Candidate:

• Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients
• Should have exposure of working on W2.
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should be from US recruitment background
• Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Must be proactive & self-driven.
• Must be a quick thinker.
• Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099).
• Should be well versed with various visas.
• Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
• Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
