Title : Technical Recruiter(APAC)

Location : Gurgaon/Bengaluru

Shift timing : 7 AM - 4 PM (Monday - Friday)

2- 3 days work from Office(Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms like LinkedIn, Foundit, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in APAC IT recruitment(Singapore, Malaysia) or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical skills required for different roles within an organization's technology department.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates alike.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
