Job summary

Smart Ims in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced APAC Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC markets, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in APAC recruitment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work from the office at Cybergateway, HITEC City, Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across APAC markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and pre-joining follow-ups.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Stay informed about APAC talent markets, recruitment trends, and sourcing practices.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable company policies and local hiring requirements.
