Job summary

Espire Infolabs, Gurugram, is seeking a senior recruitment leader to manage end-to-end hiring across India, SEA and ANZ. You will work with BU Heads, Hiring Managers and the on-site sales team to close openings on time, while mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 12+ years of HR/recruitment experience with deep sourcing skills, strong candidate assessment, and proficiency in GenAI tools used in interview processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of recruitment/HR experience with team leadership.
• Experience hiring in India, SEA and ANZ markets.
• Strong track record in building talent pipelines for urgent and long-term needs.
• Proficient in vendors, job boards, internet search, headhunting, passive recruiting & campus recruitment.

Role Description

• Manage and operate the entire gamut of recruitment process for various Technical positions with the primary aim of acquiring the best talent within specified time.
• Manage hiring in India, SEA and ANZ
• Work closely with Business Unit Heads, Hiring Managers and onsite sales team and work towards timely closure of open positions.
• Develop and maintain rapport with Stakeholders to provide an organized plan for successful recruiting efforts.
• Manage and develop a team of high-performing team in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
• Execute strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources through different sourcing channels.
• Play a role of an individual contributor as well as team manager, mentor the team of recruiters & guiding them on deliveries.
• Prepare various reports to track progress and provide updates

Preferred candidate profile

• 12+ years of recruitment/HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience managing a team of at least 4-5 members.
• Must have experience of hiring in India, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Australia market and understand the different hiring landscapes and rules
• Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines.
• Proficient in recruiting techniques such as Vendors, Job boards, Internet search, head hunting, passive recruiting & Campus Recruitment.
• Proficient in sourcing through various platforms like Naukri.com, jobstreet.com, seek.com, Linkedin
• Must have utilized various GenAI models in different areas of interview process
• Possess strong technical/business knowledge and understanding of technical requirements, deep sourcing skills, excellent candidate assessment skills.
