Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions seeks an experienced Global Recruitment Consultant to lead IT recruitment for the Singapore market. You will manage the full lifecycle, engage with clients and stakeholders, and build strong candidate pipelines across technology roles.

The role requires 3–6 years in recruitment with a focus on IT and APAC markets. You will source, screen, and assess candidates while coordinating interviews and onboarding to ensure timely, quality hires.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Strong experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the Singapore/APAC market.
• Good understanding of technology roles such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and other IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the Singapore market.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective candidate sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across various IT and technology skill sets.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Provide clients with market insights, talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and pipeline reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery against recruitment targets and SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment assignments from requirement gathering through closure.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, market mapping, and talent intelligence.

Good to Have

• Experience working with Singapore‑based clients or candidates.
• Exposure to global recruitment / APAC hiring.
• Experience in a recruitment consultancy, executive search, RPO, or staffing environment.
• Existing candidate/client network within the Singapore IT market.
