Job summary

Clarity Consulting in Saket, India is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. You will understand client requirements, source candidates through portals and networks, screen for technical fit, and coordinate interviews with clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT recruitment, strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukai, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates where required.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and closure timelines.
• Meet individual and team-wise recruitment targets.
