Qualifications

• Coordinate interviews across 3–5 clients; manage interview pipelines.

Job description

• 1 to 2 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on permanent / FTE/C2H hiring (not purely contract staffing).
• Experience sourcing for IT roles: software engineering, data engineering, testing/QA, SAP, cloud, DevOps, or similar technology domains.
• Strong Naukri.com and LinkedIn skills. You should be comfortable downloading 20+ resumes per day, reviewing them in detail, and making go/no-go screening decisions.
• Understanding of candidate screening beyond keywords: education gap analysis, experience gap analysis, certification verification, and domain fitment assessment.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple clients simultaneously. You will manage interview pipelines for 3 to 5 clients at any given time.
• Familiarity with large IT company hiring processes (virtual drives, walk-in drives, panel interviews) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written communication. You will correspond with client POCs, vendor partners, and candidates daily. Errors in client emails are not acceptable.
• Meticulous tracker discipline. If an interview happened, it shows in the tracker the same day. No exceptions.
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience as a vendor partner recruiter for Tier-1 IT services or global consulting companies.
• Experience with candidate lock-in period management.
• Background in vendor partner management: coordinating with 5 to 10 external staffing vendors to aggregate candidate flow.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarks across IT roles and experience bands (3 to 15 years) in the Indian market.
• Existing candidate network in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, or Mumbai IT markets.
