We are a trusted vendor partner to several Fortune 500 and Tier-1 IT services companies for contract staffing through leading MSP platforms. Our client portfolio spans major IT services firms, global consulting companies, and fast-growing technology enterprises.

We are building a high-performance contract staffing team to scale our Business Associate (BA) deployments significantly over the next 12 months. This is an exciting time to join as we invest in people, tools, and processes to accelerate growth.

What You Will Do

• Source IT candidates for contract and Business Associate (BA) roles for Tier-1 IT services clients, using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and internal databases & references.
• Screen candidates against job descriptions: keyword matching, experience validation, notice period, location preference, and salary expectations.
• Submit profiles through MSP portals & mails within turnaround targets.
• Coordinate end-to-end: from initial sourcing through interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding documentation, and Day 1 joining.
• Maintain daily submission trackers with accuracy. Update status for every profile (submitted, shortlisted, interview scheduled, selected, joined, rejected with reason).
• Negotiate candidate salaries.
• Participate in daily standup calls to review submissions, pipeline, and blockers.
• Build and maintain a bench of pre-screened, immediately deployable candidates across key technology stacks (.NET, Java, Python, SAP, Data Engineering, Cloud, Testing).

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on IT recruitment experience, specifically in contract staffing, C2H, or staff augmentation roles.
• Strong expertise in Full‑life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Working knowledge of Naukri.com (Resdex), LinkedIn sourcing, and job boards. Naukri power users preferred.
• Experience sourcing for IT roles: software development, IT Infrastructure, testing, data engineering, SAP, cloud infrastructure, or similar technology domains.
• Familiarity with MSP platforms is a strong plus. Training will be provided if you have staffing experience but not portal experience.
• Ability to manage volume: 10+ submissions/day with consistent quality. Speed matters in contract staffing.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to build relationships with candidates. You will interact with MSP coordinators and client POCs.
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Organized and tracker disciplined. We run a data‑driven operation. If you do not update your tracker, we cannot measure your work.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience staffing for large IT services companies or global consulting firms.
• Experience with background verification (BGV) processes and onboarding documentation.
• Existing candidate network in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai IT markets.
• Familiarity with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance for contract employees.
