IT Recruiter Consultant Remote

Job Title: IT Recruiter Consultant

Experience: 2-4 Years

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: 20,000 Fixed per Month

TDS: 10% deduction as applicable

Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter Consultant with strong expertise in sourcing and hiring for both niche and mainstream IT skill sets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for specialized technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, along with experience hiring for conventional/vanilla IT skill sets.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Source and recruit candidates for niche technologies including SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Handle hiring for vanilla/mainstream IT skill sets across various technologies and experience levels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and job requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates for niche and difficult-to-fill requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for both niche and mainstream technology requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against client requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve sourcing, submission, interview, and joining targets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for SAP, Oracle, and Workday roles.
• Experience handling niche and hard-to-find technology requirements.
• Strong knowledge of vanilla/mainstream IT skill sets and ability to understand different technology requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Ability to interpret technical JDs and identify suitable profiles.
• Strong candidate screening, follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work with tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Prior experience in a staffing/consultancy environment will be preferred.
