Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate's technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and professional communication at all stages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
