Job summary

Dr Reddy's Foundation in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, screen applicants, and coordinate assessments and interviews. The role involves crafting outreach emails, advertising openings, and presenting qualified shortlists to hiring managers, while supporting onboarding.

The candidate will engage in interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats and collaborate with managers to forecast future hiring needs, contributing to an efficient talent

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of referral programs.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
