• End-to-end IT recruitment (permanent & contract).
• Source profiles via Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & other channels.
• Handle vendor management for timely & quality closures.
• Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews & manage offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Hands-on with Naukri & Monster portals.
• Strong vendor management experience.
