Quess Corp Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience. You will manage the complete lifecycle, source top tech talent, and screen candidates for tech fit and cultural alignment.

The role involves coordinating with account managers and delivery heads, handling C2H and permanent hires, negotiating offers, and maintaining recruitment trackers to meet client SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of solid IT Recruitment experience (Consulting, RPO, or Corporate staffing).
• Strong IT terminology knowledge and cloud tech familiarity.
• Sourcing mastery with boolean search, Naukri advanced search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage the complete lifecycle from mandate understanding to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: source tech professionals via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and internal databases.
• Technical Screening: review resumes and validate technical fit and culture.
• Mandate Management: hire across Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Eng and GenAI/MLOps.
• C2H and Permanent Hiring: recruit for contract-to-hire and permanent roles, align with client SLAs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with candidates, account managers, and delivery heads to reduce TAT.
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: negotiate salaries, manage notices, and drive joining ratios.
• Reporting: maintain ATS updates and weekly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding tech mandates, sourcing, and screening to final offer rollout and onboarding.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Extensively source high-quality tech professionals using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and internal databases. Maintain a robust pipeline for both niche and volume requirements.
• Technical Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary HR/technical validation to assess candidates' relevance, tech stack familiarity, communication, and cultural alignment.
• Mandate Management: Hire across diverse IT domains including Full Stack, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, and emerging tech landscapes like GenAI and MLOps.
• C2H and Permanent Hiring: Manage recruitment strategies for Contract-to-Hire (C2H), permanent roles, and staff augmentation models aligning with client SLAs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between candidates, account managers, and delivery heads to streamline interview rounds, gather feedback, and reduce overall Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate competitive salary packages, manage notice period buyouts if required, roll out formal offers, and consistently engage with candidates to ensure high joining ratios.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates, and weekly MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree. An MBA in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2–6 years of solid experience in IT Recruitment (Consulting, RPO, or Corporate Staffing setups).
• Tech Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of IT terminology, coding languages, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and modern data practices.
• Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on mastery of boolean search strings, Naukri advanced search, and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Target-Driven: Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven target environment and actively contribute to weekend recruitment drives when required.
