Job summary

Qualifications

B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/M.Tech preferred.
Experience as IT recruiter or in tech recruitment.
Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and jargon.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet hiring targets under pressure.
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to attract top IT talent.
Screening and interviewing to assess qualifications against job requirements.
Create and manage job postings aligned with company branding.
Candidate pipeline management and timely communication.

Required Skills and Qualification

Preferred B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/M.Tech Educational background.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical jargon.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
