• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience hiring for technologies such as Oracle, SAP, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, and ERP applications.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruiting for Oracle Fusion, EBS, Cloud, and ERP roles.
• Knowledge of contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models.
• Experience with global hiring for US, UK, Middle East, or APAC regions.
