Requirements/Skills

• Understanding of end-to-end IT recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Basic knowledge of hiring for various IT technologies and roles
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster
• Ability to source resumes through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Willingness to coordinate with hiring managers and learn to understand technical requirements
