Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies seeks an IT Manager to oversee day‑to‑day IT operations across servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, and networks in Navi Mumbai. You will drive availability, performance, and capacity, while guiding incident management, governance, and risk remediation.

You will lead security, patching, licensing, vendor management, and strategic infrastructure initiatives, shaping technology to meet business needs through collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations, preferably within BFSI.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows Server, Linux, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Proven expertise with VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix, or comparable virtualization solutions.
• Experience in software licensing management, compliance, optimization, and audit support.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service management best practices. ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Azure/AWS, Linux, Virtualization, or Infrastructure technologies preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, project delivery, infrastructure transformation, and technology governance.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leading IT operations and critical projects within fast‑paced, business‑critical environments.

Responsibilities

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day IT operations across servers, infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization environments, networks, and end-user computing.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and capacity management of critical IT systems and business services.
• Drive operational excellence by proactively monitoring infrastructure health and implementing preventive measures.

Service Management & Incident Resolution

• Oversee IT incidents, service requests, escalations, and problem management activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with defined SLAs and business expectations.
• Establish effective processes for operational governance, reporting, and service delivery improvements.

Security & Compliance

• Review and take appropriate action on SOC alerts impacting IT infrastructure, coordinating with Information Security and SOC teams for investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Drive security patching, vulnerability management, and risk remediation activities across the IT landscape.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2, DPDP, and internal information security requirements.
• Maintain infrastructure, operational, security, and audit documentation to support compliance and business continuity requirements.

Server, Cloud & Virtualization Management

• Manage Windows and Linux server environments, including administration, hardening, patch management, performance tuning, capacity planning, availability management, and lifecycle governance.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix, or equivalent technologies.
• Oversee provisioning, monitoring, upgrades, optimization, and lifecycle management of virtualized environments.

Licensing & Vendor Management

• Manage IT and software licensing, including inventory, utilization tracking, compliance, renewals, optimization, and audit readiness.
• Govern relationships with vendors, MSPs, and technology partners to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, commercial effectiveness, and contract management.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, technology implementations, migrations, and operational improvement programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and business‑aligned technology solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations on technology investments, infrastructure improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing IT team.
• Foster accountability, capability development, succession planning, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish measurable objectives and ensure consistent delivery against operational and strategic goals.

Experience & Qualifications
