Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Operations Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, service delivery, operational support, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while leading teams responsible for infrastructure management, incident resolution, service management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The IT Operations Manager will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services aligned with organizational goals and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Service Management

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and support services.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and manage IT service delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, standards, and policies.

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee servers, storage, virtualization platforms, networks, and cloud environments.
• Manage capacity planning, system upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure business continuity and operational resilience.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT operations and support teams.
• Manage staffing, performance reviews, training, and employee development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and risks.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 6 - 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or service management.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT teams and operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level environments.
