Job summary

S2M Health seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead enterprise IT operations, network, and cloud services. The role covers server and network administration, Azure integration, cyber security, and service desk oversight in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will drive virtualization, data-center operations, and vendor relationships while ensuring ISO 27001/HIPAA compliance and high service reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, IT Operations, and Systems Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience in managing LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Infrastructure.
• Experience leading IT helpdesk, vendor management, and ensuring SLAs.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, HIPAA, ISMS and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy; oversee Windows and Linux servers.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, network operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk operations, vendors, and IT compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise across server infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies, Azure, endpoint security, and IT operations, along with proven experience in managing teams and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File and Print Services.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V.
• Oversee data-centre infrastructure, servers, storage, backup, and restoration.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.

Networking

• Manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Monitor network availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate network-related activities with internal teams, ISPs, telecom providers, and external vendors.
• Manage network security and access controls to ensure secure connectivity.
• Support site-to-site connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure.
• Configure and manage Azure VNets and Network Security Groups.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

The candidate's profile specifically includes data-center networking and Azure networking, including VNets and site-to-site connectivity.

Cloud & Microsoft Technologies

• Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Administer Azure Virtual Machines, Resource Groups, VNets, and Network Security Groups.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, and user/device administration.
• Support hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Service Desk & IT Support

• Lead IT helpdesk/service desk operations.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, incident management, escalation, and service delivery processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure, network, hardware, software, and user-support issues.
• Conduct team performance evaluations, mentoring, and technical training.

IT Security & Compliance

• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, encryption, DLP, and security management solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, ISMS, and internal security standards.
• Manage security patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain infrastructure and security documentation required for audits and compliance.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with hardware, software, network, cloud, telecom, and managed-service vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Evaluate and onboard new technology vendors.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver IT solutions.

Budget & Asset Management

• Manage IT infrastructure budgets, licenses, assets, and resources.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and technology investments.
• Ensure effective utilization and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network / IT Operations / Systems Administration.
