Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–10 years in IT support roles with exposure to infrastructure and hardware services.
• Hands-on experience in structured cabling, crimping, and network setup.
• Proficient in CCTV setup and maintenance, including DVR/NVR configurations.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and basic routing.
• Ability to diagnose and perform hardware repairs and chip-level repairs.
• Independent worker with strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage LAN/WAN networks and cabling systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV systems (DVR/NVR, cameras).
• Perform routine and advanced hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide Level 1/2 desktop support (OS install, software issues, antivirus).
• Maintain IT asset and network documentation.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer with 2 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, cabling, CCTV configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and chip‑level repairs. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end‑user support, maintain IP‑based networks, and ensure the seamless functioning of IT systems within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including structured cabling and patch panel setups.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP‑based CCTV systems (DVR/NVR setup, camera IP configuration, remote monitoring, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of hardware components.
• Handle chip‑level repair for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment when required.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for users (OS installation, software troubleshooting, antivirus management, etc.).
• Maintain documentation for IT assets, network layouts, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for repair/replacement of defective hardware.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Support and implement IT infrastructure changes and upgrades.

Required:
