Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure, network, security and operations experience.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Azure, AWS, ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms and enterprise systems.
• Administer network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls.
• Implement and monitor security controls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and access controls.
• Ensure high availability, performance, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
• Perform system monitoring, patch management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Manage IT incidents, changes and service requests in line with SLA requirements.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, compliance controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

GENERAL SUMMARY
