We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage the organizations IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user support operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, minimizing downtime, implementing security measures, and supporting business continuity across office and manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, networking, IT security, vendor coordination, and team handling.
Manage and monitor the organizations complete IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking devices, and surveillance systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi systems, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating systems.
Monitor system performance, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Manage end‑user technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT‑related issues.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities including system setup, access permissions, and email configurations.
Handle Active Directory, user account management, password policies, and access controls.
Provide remote support for branch offices and manufacturing facilities when required.
Implement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus protection, software patching, and data security standards.
Monitor and prevent unauthorized system access, cyber threats, and security vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and operational procedures.
Maintain backup systems and business continuity measures.
Coordinate with hardware, software, internet, and AMC vendors for procurement and support.
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, warranty records, and licensing documentation.
Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
Supervise and guide junior IT support staff and coordinate daily operational activities.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and incident reports.
Work closely with management and cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
Plan and execute IT infrastructure improvements aligned with business growth.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, server management, and IT infrastructure.
Hands‑on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
Experience in Active Directory, Office 365, email configuration, and remote support tools.
Knowledge of data backup, cybersecurity practices, and IT compliance standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
