Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Active Directory and Windows Server Administration.
• Good knowledge of network architecture, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and network security.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory (AD), Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access.
• Lead and coordinate system administrators, network engineers, and IT support technicians.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, security standards, and best practices.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, data protection, and business continuity processes.
• Monitor system and network performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
• Plan and execute IT upgrades, migrations, implementations, and integrations with minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal departments.
• Manage IT assets, software licensing, vendors, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend cost-effective and secure IT solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, infrastructure records, and standard operating procedures.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Active Directory and Windows Server Administration.
• Good knowledge of network architecture, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and network security.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and databases.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
