Job summary

House of Anita Dongre Limited in Navi Mumbai invites applications for a senior IT Infrastructure Manager role. The position requires hands-on leadership of on-premise infrastructure, networks, security, backups, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable IT services across the organization.

You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and coordinate with cloud providers for optimization while maintaining detailed documentation and compliance with DR/BCP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science/ IT required.
• 10+ years of strong experience in infrastructure, network and server administration, IT security, backup management, vendor coordination and end-user support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to independently manage critical IT operational issues.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage on premise IT infrastructure, enterprise network infrastructure, firewalls and related connectivity.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve capacity, availability and performance issues.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls including endpoint protection, firewall policies, access controls and network security.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes for critical IT infrastructure.
• Work closely with internal users, business teams and external technology partners/vendors to ensure smooth delivery of IT services.
• Manage IT infrastructure vendors, service providers, AMC/SLA performance and issue escalation.
• Support cloud infrastructure and coordinate with cloud service providers for operational requirements and optimization.
• Maintain appropriate IT documentation, asset records, configurations and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement, automation, standardization and cost optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
