Job summary

MY FM - Radio Division of Dainik Bhaskar Group is seeking a technically skilled engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, install and support IT hardware, software, networking systems and FM broadcast equipment. The role ensures smooth day-to-day technical operations with minimal downtime.

The candidate will handle installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, network configuration and coordination with vendors, plus preventive maintenance of UPS and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, IT, Computer Science, Electrical or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT hardware/software support, networking and/or FM broadcasting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS and software issues.
• Install and maintain required software, applications and utilities.
• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, switches, routers and network troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers for hardware and software support.
• Perform preventive maintenance on UPS, DG, AC, electrical panels and earthing systems.
