Responsibilities

• Knowledge of RF/UHF systems preferred.
• Follow ESD-safe handling and maintain workshop discipline.
• Coordinate with Technical Support for issue resolution.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Electronics Service & Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in electronics troubleshooting, PCB diagnostics, and equipment servicing.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Troubleshoot and service electronic equipment using multimeter, oscilloscope, bench power supply, and other diagnostic tools.
• Perform PCB inspection, component-level fault diagnosis, soldering/desoldering, and connector repairs.
• Troubleshoot Ethernet, networking, Windows, and application-related issues.
• Basic knowledge of RF, timing loops, transponders, and UHF systems is preferred.
• Follow ESD-safe handling practices and maintain proper workshop discipline.
• Coordinate with the Technical Support Team for effective issue resolution.
• Maintain basic service and troubleshooting documentation.
• Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for installations, events, and customer support. Willingness to undergo product-specific training.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in electronics servicing, field support, PCB repair, embedded systems, RF/UHF systems, or technical equipment support will be preferred.
