Job summary

Indus Towers in Warangal invites applications for a field-based technical role to manage safe operation and maintenance of tower sites. The position prioritizes uptime and energy efficiency across assigned areas, with emphasis on ES H compliance and customer coordination.

Ideal candidates should hold a BE/BTech in EEE or ECE, possess a valid two-wheeler driving license, and have at least two years of telecom infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in EEE or ECE.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites to maximize uptime and energy efficiency.
• Site uptime management, ES H compliance, customer management, site quality and process compliance, energy management and team management.
• Knowledge of basic electrical engineering is a must.
• Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.
