Job Post: IT Administrator Office
We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage and maintain the companys office IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office computers, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric machines, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, internet, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, antivirus, and office tools.
- Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and data backup processes.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, AMC, and service support.
- Ensure regular system updates, antivirus checks, and basic cybersecurity compliance.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of systems and licenses.
- Support video conferencing, meetings, and office technology requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems with minimum downtime.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook/email configuration, printers, and basic networking.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewall, and antivirus systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain IT inventory and vendor follow-up.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
- Relevant certification in hardware/networking will be an added advantage.
