Job summary

Progressive Techserve is seeking an IT Support professional to provide desktop and network assistance in a fast-paced environment. You will handle Windows and Outlook issues, support AD, DNS, and DHCP, and offer hardware help including printers and PC assembly/disassembly.

You will collaborate with engineers and users, providing desk-side support for local staff and remote assistance for off-site users. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Provide IT support via phone, ticket system, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with engineers and users.
• Desk-side support for local users and remote assistance.
• Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction surveys.
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Hardware support including printer and PC assembly/disassembly.
• OS and Outlook troubleshooting and configuration.
• Strong communication and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via multiple channels (phone, ticketing, email, chat).
• Coordinate with engineers and end users to resolve issues.
• Deliver desk-side for local users and remote assistance when needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction survey responses and follow up on feedback.
• Troubleshoot and configure Windows, Outlook, AD, DNS, and DHCP related problems.

• Co-ordination with engineers and user.
• Providing desk side support for local users and remote assistance for users.
• Monitor, track and respond to customer satisfaction survey responses.
• Should be good in Windows Support, Outlook Support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Should have good knowledge into Hardware Support (Printer, System Assembling and Disassembling) and Network Support
• OS Troubleshooting, Outlook Troubleshooting and Configuration
• Should have good communication and technical knowledge.
