Job summary

Said Technologies in Pune is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to handle Windows-related issues, DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP networking, and Outlook/O365 while coordinating with on-call teams and vendors. The role requires travel to local sites for project work and hands-on problem solving.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication and customer-facing skills, plus solid knowledge of Windows environments and ticketing tools like SUMMIT, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
