Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an on-site EUC/Desktop Support specialist in Lucknow to assist enterprise clients across various projects. You will install and configure Windows OS, troubleshoot software issues, and manage IMAC tasks while ensuring responsive user support.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience, strong hardware knowledge, and the ability to travel to customer sites. Expect diverse IT infrastructure exposure and per-assignment opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic hardware and networking knowledge.
