Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an EUC Onsite Support Engineer (EUC/Desktop/Network) on a freelance basis across Lucknow and Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. This is not a full-time role.

Responsibilities include onsite support for desktops and laptops, Windows OS installation, software troubleshooting, and hardware replacements. Travel to client sites is required to deliver timely IT support and ensure service tickets are updated with site visit reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years EUC/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.

We have an opening for an EUC Onsite Support Engineer (EUC / Desktop / Network) on a Dispatch/Freelance basis across multiple locations in Lucknow/Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

This is not a full-time role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Install and troubleshoot software applications.

Basic Network Knowledge

• Basic understanding of IP Address, DHCP, DNS, and Subnet Mask.

• Identify network port issues and coordinate with the network team.
• Basic knowledge of switches and routers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.
