Job summary

Tej Group in Pune, India is seeking an IT Support professional to handle hardware/software installation and troubleshooting, and to provide end-user support across desktop, laptop, and printer devices.

The role includes configuring LAN/WAN, routers and switches, monitoring networks, and ensuring OS, software and antivirus are up to date. It also covers IT asset and inventory management and daily employee support to maintain operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hardware & Networking/IT Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches & Wi‑Fi.
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skill.
