We are seeking an experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–6 years of proven US staffing experience. The role requires consistent outreach, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to market consultants across a range of IT skill sets. Ideal candidates bring a stable track record in the US staffing market and the discipline to close positions in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market available IT consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) across technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, and ERP.
• Identify daily requirements from vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain vendor networks, ensuring steady requirement flow.
• Position consultants effectively using calls, emails, and job portals.
• Negotiate rates and finalize contracts with vendors and clients.
• Maintain weekly pipeline reports and ensure consistent submissions.
• Prepare and clean consultant resumes for client presentation.
• Track project end dates and ensure timely re-marketing of consultants.
