Smart Software Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of proven success in marketing IT consultants for the US market (H1B, H1 transfers, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).

You will market consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients, build strong vendor relationships, assess skills, negotiate rates, and prepare candidates for interviews to secure fast submissions and placements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Bench Sales (US Staffing).
• Strong knowledge of marketing H1B, GC, OPT, USC.
• Excellent vendor contacts and client relationships.
• Understanding of US tax terms: W2, 1099, C2C.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Market available consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients for consistent requirements.
• Understand the skills and experience of consultants and find suitable opportunities.
• Negotiate rates and prepare consultants for interviews.
• Maintain a pipeline of consultants and regularly follow up with clients/vendors.
• Update and maintain internal databases, submission trackers, and status reports.
• Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and interviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).
• Excellent knowledge of marketing H1B, GC, OPT, and USC candidates.
• Must have good vendor contacts and established relationships.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
