Role & responsibilities: Managing labour law and statutory compliance for site manpower. Managed IR activities and Handled workforce discipline matters as per company policy. Ensuring statutory documentation and audit readiness. Processing labour license issue and renewal. Coordinate with contractors for statutory compliance and documentation. Managing labour colony and guest house facilities,Gate Passes for Staff, Labour & Vehicles. Safety Issue (Mass Drills, PPE Inspection, Rewards & Improvement Meetings). Housekeeping & Other Factory related General Administration. Logistic support for the site management
