Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts (daily/weekly) and full-site inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical counts with system records (Shopify, Amazon FBA, NetSuite) to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate discrepancies' root causes such as misplacement, data entry errors, theft or damages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system.
• Generate reports on inventory findings including valuation, damaged goods, and valuation adjustments for management review.
• Identify gaps in receiving or picking processes and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Role & responsibilities

Physical & Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts (daily/weekly) and full-site physical inventory audits (quarterly/annually) in warehouses or fulfillment centers.

• Reconciliation: Compare physical counts with system records (e.g., Shopify, Amazon FBA, NetSuite) to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.


• Discrepancy Analysis: Investigate the root causes of inventory shrinkage, such as misplacement, data entry errors, theft, or damages.


• System Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records in the WMS/ERP system.


• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on inventory findings, including valuation, damaged goods, and valuation adjustments for management review.


• Process Improvement: Identify and fix gaps in the supply chain process, such as inefficient receiving or picking procedures.


• Compliance: Ensure all inventory movements adhere to established company policies and safety standards.
