Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory records.
• Track inward, outward, and closing stock accurately.
• Prepare and maintain stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and delivery challans.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requests.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams.
• Generate inventory reports using MS Excel.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
