Qualifications

• Strong MS Excel, inventory management, billing and MIS reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily inventory records and stock movement.
• Monitor inward and outward stock and perform stock reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, bills, credit/debit notes, and other billing documents.
• Maintain sales, purchase, inventory, and billing records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage SKU-wise inventory and product data.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and mismatches.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, sales, and e-commerce teams.
• Track orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel, ERP, CRM, or billing software.
• Support management with regular operational and business reports.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory / Billing / MIS Executive to manage inventory records, billing operations, MIS reporting, and day-to-day data management. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, billing, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily inventory records and stock movement.
• Monitor inward and outward stock and perform regular stock reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, bills, credit/debit notes, and other billing documents.
• Maintain sales, purchase, inventory, and billing records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage SKU-wise inventory and product data.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and mismatches.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, sales, and e-commerce teams.
• Track orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel, ERP, CRM, or billing software.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF, filters, sorting, and basic Excel formulas.
• Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
• Good understanding of MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Unicommerce is preferred.
• Experience with CRM or billing software is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
• Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or other e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in ERP/inventory management systems will be preferred.

Education

Graduate / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
B.Com / BBA candidates will be preferred.
